Let me know if you get this working because I'm having the same issue. Patch 1.13 downloaded last night and I still can't access NG+. I've finished the campaign, at level 50 and I really want to start again.

Those two shouldn’t have come back, and I would’ve liked if it kept your high scores from the challenges but you still had to do them

At the time of writing there is no Spider-Man 2 New Game Plus mode available, with it currently planned for an upcoming patch in early 2024. Right now the closest you get is unlocking the Ultimate
